Guitars

Each guitar is made entirely by hand. Only the highest grades of woods available are used, and all surfaces are finished using traditional French-polishing methods. The rosettes are hand made and unique, and every one is specially designed to complement the look of the finished instrument. The focus is on the craftsmanship in every detail, with a concentration on achieving a full sound and a well-balanced range of tones.

Commissioned guitars are built to meet individual needs and preferences. All the elements that belong in your ideal instrument, including the string number and length, the woods used, the neck profile and dimensions, and the style of tuners, can be discussed. Matt is also happy to offer ideas as to what will create the look, sound, and feel of the instrument best suited to your tastes and playing style.
